Petwise would like to help you through your claim by making the process as easy and efficient as possible. Our claims department is staffed with qualified veterinary nurses so you can be confident that you will receive a fast and efficient claims service.
Here are the next steps to take in order to make a claim with Petwise insurance.
Have your details ready before you call
Please have your client reference number ready - you will find this at the top of all our letters to you. Check that the claim is covered by your policy. Each section of the policy tells you what is insured and what is not insured. The cover you have requested is shown on your policy schedule.
If you need to make a claim, phone our claims line on 0844 335 1203 within the opening hours:
- 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
- 9.00am to 2.00pm Saturday
Calls from a BT landline during off-peak hours are around 7p per minute. Calls at other times and from different service providers, including mobiles, may vary. Calls may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
